What’s an easy way to ruin one of the largest cars & coffee events in the nation?
Rain, and plenty of it.
As much as we’d all like to think that Southern California is balmy, and sunny - this particular Saturday, it was anything but. Regardless, the fine folks at Cars & Coffee South OC were determined to enjoy the festivities, albeit with a bit of rain-soaked attitude.
Those that grew up in car-crazy Southern California may remember this event when it was located in Irvine, right in the parking lot of Mazda Headquarters. Due to absolute insane demand, this event quickly outgrew that location after some fussing and found a near-permanent home at 101 W Avenida Vista Hermosa in San Clemente, CA at the recently constructed Outlets of San Clemente. Every Saturday, Rain or Shine - it’s on!
What makes this event so unbelievably cool is the sheer variety of cars that you’ll see on a regular basis. Even on a rainy day like this, some of the most incredible domestic and foreign vehicles you could ever hope to lay eyes on are parked for your enjoyment.
